I want to change the outside of my house. What do I do?+
Send an ACC Review Request Form to the Architectural Control Committee at least 30 days before the work starts. The committee reviews exterior changes against the community's guidelines.
When is the pool open?+
From Memorial Day weekend through just after Labor Day. Hours change with the school calendar and swim meets; the pool office posts any changes.
How do I reserve a tennis or pickleball court?+
Residents reserve courts online up to two weeks ahead, in 30-minute blocks of up to two hours a day. A Fallsmead resident has to be on each court.
